Formerly known as Graphite-Works, Sorensen Online is an all-around Web Services Company based in Budapest, Hungary. Following the start in 2000, Sorensen quickly emerged among the biggest independent web development firms in Central Europe. From the very beginning the major part of Sorensen's growth originated from outsourced projects coming from the US and UK. Local and remote customers are equally important us and we thrive to give our best to them no matter where they are located.

We do not beleive in hit and run projects, for us the real value lies in returning customers. We do not have a huge marketing force, our best salespeople our the customers who refer us to their friends and co-workers. Having said that our customers rightfully expect to receive the best service from us in every single project.

Our project management approach

The ideal project is well documented to the slightest details, there is efficient communication between the customer and service provider, the milestones are clearly set and the entire process is transparent for the customer. The typical customer has not managed an IT project before. The typical customer has a vision, an idea which needs to be turned into an IT solution. In some cases the idea is well described whereas in other cases the idea can be quite vague. In either case it is our responsibility to assist the customer with our knowledge and experience and work out a proper plan together and turn all ideas into ideal projects. Once a suitable specification is put together the project is assigned to one of our project managers who will be working close with you to make it successful. What happens when your project is finished? First of all you can host it for a friendly fee on our highly reliable servers in the US or Europe, whichever suits you better or specify another host where we will upload everything. As Internet technologies evolve you may also need to add new features to your site. No problem, we will be in touch and available to give you advise and perform upgrades at friendly rates.
